New Smash Bros Interviews: Daroach“Haha! Come my Squeaks! We have much treasures to steal!”

The door slammed opened, surprising Link and Samus when it was shown that a large mouse was the one to do it. The mouse was grey in color and wore a red top hate and a red jagged cape. The large mouse wasn’t the only one there either as there was three other mice with him.

New Smash Bros Interviews: RosalinaSamus grimaced as the Baby Metroid floated around her head, playing with a pudgy star-like creature. Both were letting out playful squeaking sounds.

“They seem to really like each other,” said a soft sounding voice.

The source of the voice was a tall young woman with platinum blonde hair and her right eye completely covered by a large bang. The dress she wore was a pale turquoise in color and her shoes were a sparkling silver color. Atop of her head was a silver crown.

“Rosalina has a point, Samus. They look like they’re on a little play date,” said Link.

New Smash Bros Interviews: AnabelA soft knocking on the door alerted Link and Samus to their next interview. Calling them in, they were greeted to a young teen girl with short lavender hair and wearing somewhat formal looking clothes.

“Hello. My name is Anabel and I am here for the interview,” stated the girl.

Samus raised an eyebrow at the statement. “And just how do you propose of actually fighting in a battle? You don’t look like someone who could fight.”

New Smash Bros Interviews: DottyLink and Samus looked at the pink-haired girl standing in front of them. The girl wore a red dress, a pair of red gloves that went up to her elbows, and red knee-high boots. On her ears was a pair of red headphone-like devices. She also had a cowlick of sorts on the back of her head.

“So what brings you here, Dotty?” asked Link.

Dotty gave the Hylian a smirk. “The same reason everyone else comes here. I’m here for an interview.”

“Do you even know how to fight?” questioned Samus, looking skeptical.

New Smash Bros Interviews: Ryu“Ryu, are you sure this is a good idea?” asked a feminine voice.

“Of course he does, Chun-Li! This is Ryu we’re talking about. Wherever there’s a tournament, he’ll be there!” said a masculine voice with a laugh.

Link and Samus glanced at each other, wondering what was going on behind the door. They soon got their answer when the door opened in walked three people.

The first was a Japanese man with brown hair. He wore a red headband, a white karate gi with the sleeves ripped off from the shoulders, and a black belt.

New Smash Bros Interviews: LyndisLink and Rath, a bandana wearing green-haired man with a wolfish appearance, stared each other down. The three women in the room could only give them a blank look, wondering what had gotten into them.

“Mother? What exactly are they doing?” asked the teenaged girl with long green hair.

Lyndis pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration. “I wish I knew, Sue.”

Samus let out a growl before she started yelling, glaring at the two men while doing so. “Would you two knock it off with the Alpha Wolf routine! We have an interview to conduct if you haven’t forgotten!”

One of my favorite original characters, Jack.

Jack's Bio

Name: Jack of Spades

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Elemental Affinity: None

Species: Human

Weapon of Choice: Sword and Shield; Deck of Cards

Weakness: His own limitations

Likes: Women, alcohol, gambling, money, his little brother, and his friends.

Dislikes: His twin brother, being treated as a noble, and loosing at cards.

Personality: Like Koichi, he's very lecherous, possibly even more so. He's very loyal to his friends and tends to call Koichi "Guv".

Even though he's the only human on the team, he holds no animosity towards the others, who are much stronger than he is.

Origin: He's the son of a nobleman from Neo London, though one wouldn't know it with how he acts. Usually seen in gambling halls, this cockney lecherous Englishman acts more like a commoner than anything else. What most people don't know is that Jack's father, who honestly hated the life of a noble, is the same way behind closed doors.

It is because of this though that Jack became at ends with his twin, John, who would later become the villainous hypnotist known as Shade.

Jack met up with Koichi, when the boy came to Neo London to investigate the weird going ons that had been reported recently. It was soon revealed that Shade was behind it as he wanted all commoners to be under his command. One of the commoners happened to be Jack and Shade's half-brother, Juan, who Jack's father and a Hispanic servant conceived twelve years prior.

Unlike Shade, Jack didn't care whether or not Juan wasn't "pure" as Shade put it and would die to protect Juan. Luckily, with Koichi's help, Jack was able to defeat Shade and his men and saved Juan and Neo London.

Afterwards, both Jack and Juan went with Koichi back to Janpu City, where Juan would stay at the Kasuchi Clan House, while Jack joined Koichi's party as the first member.

I feel kinda bad making Jack the only human main character, but that's just how it goes.

I got to ask, have you ever played Dragon Quest VIII? 'Cause parts of Jack's background and personality sound like Angelo and Yangus.

I haven't played that game in years and can barely remember what the characters were like, to be honest.

The only thing I remember about Yangus was that he called the main character guv, so Jack in a way is somewhat of an homage to Yangus in that little regard.
